Kellner & Kunz AG with eleven foreign subsidiaries in Eastern Europe concentrates its market activities on customers from industry and trade, offering an extensive range of products with about 100,000 different items in the fields of fastening technology, tools, auxiliary materials and care products as well as comprehensive and sophisticated service concepts. The strong growth of the throughput figures, the considerably increasing demands on flexibility on the part of the customers and the significantly changed conditions on the procurement market called for a complete reorganisation of Kellner & Kunz's logistics centre and the corresponding processes. The meticulously elaborated and sophisticated material handling concept allowed the rapidly growing company to prepare itself for the future.
