Job Description

- Setting up a global sourcing strategy for the assigned category;

- Drive strategy implementation steering lead buyers in the category team;

- Take the lead in managing global suppliers in the category;

- Develop cost models for different manufacturing processes;

- Negotiate global contracts and price lists with preferred suppliers;

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain;

- 5 - 10 years' experience in an international sourcing organization;

- Extensive knowledge of metal manufacturing processes: machining, casting, forging, stamping;

- Entrepreneurial, team player, "Solutionist";

- Fluent in English;

- Willingness to travel extensively (Europe and Asia);

- Based in Eindhoven (NL) or willing to relocate;
