Our client is a worldwide leading company providing solutions to boost efficiency, safety, environmental sustainability, operational costs management within airports and logistic centers. This cutting-edge company delivers effective and innovative solutions to their clients thanks to their passionate and highly qualified employees. Today they are looking for a Quality Control Manager for a position in Brussels.

Job Description

  •  
    • Manage the quality control of design/development of new products
  •  
    • Take care of quality control in production
  •  
    • Define and communicate the quality control methodologies
  •  
    • Set up calibration process in coordination with other departments & follow- up
  •  
    • Create and improve quality control strategy
  • Control quality of incoming material from suppliers
  • Participate to supplier's evaluation, selection and development by planning audits

  • Implement supplier's quality follow-up system including corrective/preventive actions

  • Define and follow up of related KPI's

The Successful Applicant

  • You hold a Master Degree in Engineering (electro-mechanics or optics or electronics or …) or equivalence by experience
  • You have a relevant experience in a similar position
  • Quality control methodologies (6 Sigma, QC control techniques, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills, lean thinking
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are a team-player and have a hands-on mentality
